• Personal Injury:  Includes negotiations with insurance companies for injuries received in automobile collisions and other traumatic events and taking cases to court if the insurance company does not pay your demand. 

• Wealth Planning:  Includes drafting Wills and Trusts to distribute your estate, Powers of Attorney to help assist those who cannot handle their affairs, Estate Tax avoidance techniques, Planning for your Health Care and Planning for SSI. (See more on this topic)

• Criminal Hearings:  I will represent you when you are accused of crimes such as Assault, Theft, Malicious Mischief and traffic offenses such as DUI, Hit and Run, Reckless Driving.
